The week before we did our first live show at a party in Westerville, Ohio we received a lot of phone calls asking for copies of our music. People had heard the singe and wanted more. We gave into the pressure and brought 100 homemade CDs with 7 songs, opting to use different mixes for the 2 additional track we had put on the original “Jacob's Hope” single. These songs were very raw, and poorly mixed. They sold out in a week.
We made an additional 100 CDs after buying a better printer and CDs,. We added an intro to the album, making 8 songs. They were gone at the end of the month. By then, Jason was also gone and the band had moved into another direction entirely.
the Missing EP featured the following songs:

Jacob's Hope (raw)
To see, to believe that you’re not forgotten,
Hold me, say everything's okay.
‘Cause with a little luck you’ll find your way home.
(Find your way home, you’ll find your way home.)
You’ve got to be strong because everyone’s prayed for you,
Down on their knees for you.
Hey are you lost on these streets you roam?
Lurking through gutters where slum lords call you son.
Wet cigarette on his lips and a voice like rain,
Everyday same old pains, some things never change.
Pray to be saved
From this hell you call your home.
People walk by everyday but no second glance.
This life is a joke, but you know that somehow you’ll last.
Then bullets like thunder start raining down.
Squealing of tires and sirens drown every sound.
Scraping your skin while on your knees you cry,
Looking for answers here on the day you die.
Try to be strong as the angels they call your name:
"Jacob come home!" I’d say it’s time you did.

Colecltively Silent (raw)
The night grows long, the moon holds true,
Shadows dancing form the face of you.
Sleep tight, I’ll be there tonight.
The door breaks, the light sneaks in,
I just don’t know where to begin.
Hold tight, I’m coming for you.
I pass the moon lit window lights,
The air is cold amid these flights.
I walk these steps, every night,
Your eyes open just slight.
Am I dreaming?… I need you!
Fall asleep, it’s nothing to be scared of.
I’m almost there, I smell you on my lips.
Silently, I will find you.
Don’t you run away from me my love.
The door stands open I hold true,
Every promised whispered to you.
I can taste, Your last breath.
Swallow the emptiness you’ve given me,
Pull trigger, let my demons free.
I love the innocence, Stemming from you.
Don’t you fear, I have been true,
I know just what I have to do.
I shudder with love and hate for you,
Trembling with passion as you turn blue.
Your breath I am taking, I need you!
One last sleep, it’s nothing to be scared of.
We’re almost there, together forever tonight.
Silently, I will find you.
Don’t you run away from me my love.
The love I take, the love we’ll make
GRAB
The love I take, the love we’ll make
THROAT
The love I take, the love we’ll make
GASP
Hold still,
This will be our moment together.
I will never let go of this,
Of you.
Don’t look at me,
I can’t take those eyes anymore.
Don’t break my concentration of this.
I love you, can’t you see me squeeze that out of you?
Clenched fist standing in front of you,
I couldn’t do what my head told me to.
Why am I staring, At your green eyes?
All I wanted was a moment for us,
Something to hold, something to touch.
Something, To last a life time.
Here I stand for all we could be,
Haunting me you are all I see.
You are the one, please set me free, (I am not free)
Now here they come for me!
Fall asleep, there’s nothing to be scared of.
I will not go until your eyes show me the way.
Silently, I will find you.
Don’t you run away from me my love. (Don’t open your eyes)

Asleep in the Rain (raw)
Looked in the mirror this morning,
Think I know what I see.
But I’m not sure of something,
Who’s that staring back at me?
When I start making old mistakes,
I know it’s time to turn myself in.
So if your listening father,
Could you look past all this sin?
I know you’re up there in that building,
Could you be down here with me?
I just pray for sleep and peace and love,
And a little something to keep me sane,
As I kneel in the mud and the pouring rain.
Thought I saw one of your angels,
As she flew by just over head.
Someday I may reach her,
If I keep trying I’ll wind up dead.
Begin my day walking down the same old streets.
The closer I get to nothing,
The farther I get from something,
And I’d say it was time I got there again.
Depression holds you tightly like a lover.
Leaves you cold and empty as a tomb.
I know that your heart is full right now,
Do you think for me you could make just a little more room?
Looked in the mirror this morning,
I know just what I see.
But could you tell me one thing,
Who’s that looking back at me?
When I start making old mistakes,
I know it’s time to walk another way.
So if your listening father,
Could you please answer me when I pray?

Letch (raw)
Where is the truth? Swallowed up by lies.
It just keeps getting bigger,But don’t judge by size.
What you want, You can reach almost.
Your fingers could grasp it, Who can stretch most?
All I need is one more okay.
All I need is to push you away.
All I need is to make my last stand.
I need something, something.
Chain me down, Who has kept me here?
All those stories you told, Never meant a thing.
Broken teeth, Is the love you mean?
Ashamed of the truth, Ashamed of me.
All I need is one more okay.
All I need is to push you away.
All I need is to make my last stand.
I need something, something.
Brose the flesh, What peace does this bring?
I choke down the food, Paranoia and fear.
Lap it down, Loath the hate it breeds.
I’m licking the bowl, Bite the hand it feeds.
All I need is one more okay.
All I need is to push you away.
All I need is to make my last stand.
I need something, something.

When Heroes Bleed (raw)
When I sleep, I sleep to dream.
About the man I’m suppose to be.
When I wake, if I awake again,
I’ll find that man is dead to me…
Raise a flag to the masses
Dancing remembrance on forgotten graves.
Hallowed grounds from wasted times.
Our empty lives keep marching on.
Trapped by the lies, Trapped by the pain.
The more that we try, the more it stays the same.
"Our fathers and sons are dieing, women and children; massacred, all in the name of peace."
Silent prayers from the masses
Those silent prayer are wasted here.
We pray for peace and long for home
But these wars keep marching on.
Trapped by the lies, Trapped by the pain.
The more that we try, the more it stays the same.
"And all these wars in the name of a god the proclaims peace, that reveres the innocents that we destroy."
When I sleep, I sleep to dream.
About the man I’m suppose to be.
And if I ever awake again,
I’ll find that man is dead again
Stop bow and listen to the sounds of submission
We’ve one last chance, for one last breath.
We come in abundance with and trust and faith
No anguish, no regrets, where’s our hero?
Remember the names!
"And these wars rage on the death toll ever higher, and all this in the name of ‘peace'."
Trapped by the lies, Trapped by the pain.
The more that we try, the more this stays the same.
